Xba I Restriction Enzyme is a high quality restriction enzyme commonly used in molecular biology to cut DNA at specific sequences. It recognizes the sequence 5′-TCTAGA-3′ and cuts between the T and C bases on both strands, producing sticky ends that can be ligated to other DNA fragments with complementary overhangs. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
