Catalog Number: B2027446 (100 mg)
Fullerene-Cyclodextrin-Complex is a supramolecular host-guest inclusion complex designed to solubilize hydrophobic fullerene molecules in aqueous environments. By non-covalently encapsulating fullerenes within the hydrophobic cavity of cyclodextrin oligosaccharides, the hydrophilic exterior renders the complex water-soluble while preserving the intrinsic electronic and photochemical properties of the fullerene core. This biotechnology product is widely utilized in research. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
