Concentrated solution of biotinylated Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) conjugated to Tacrolimus (FK506). A carbon spacer arm links BSA to the Tacrolimus moiety. Each BSA molecule contains several Tracrolimus units. Dilutions of the provided conjugate can be made in 1X Phosphate Buffer Saline, pH 7.4. This conjugate can be used to immobilize Tacrolimus on a surface via a BSA-Biotin/Streptavidin linkage.
