Applications: highly pure Keratinocyte Growth Factor 1/FGF-7 (Human) expressed in CHO. This protein acts as a mitogen peptide from the fibroblast growth factors family. This factor binds only to a splice variant of FGFR2 (FGFR2 IIIb) and is a highly specific paracrine growth factor for epithelial cells.
