Applications: HAMA remains a major source of interference in immunoassays (despite claims to the contrary made by manufacturers). Using a propriety solution, this kit is designed to deplete human serum or plasma from Human Anti-Mouse antibodies (HAMA) of type IgG. Simply add serum or plasma to the provided solution, vortex, spindown and recover the HAMA-free sample. For Research Use Only. Not for diagnostic use.
