ELISA Wash Buffer (20X Solution) is a concentrated liquid reagent specifically formulated to remove unbound and unnecessary components from microtiter plates during various stages of ELISA-based immunoassays. This optimized buffer helps reduce non-specific binding and background interference without disrupting intended antigen-antibody interactions, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio and assay reproducibility. Supplied as a 50 mL 20X concentrate, it must be diluted with deionized water to a 1X working solution before use and is compatible with manual or automated plate-washing systems.
