Catalog Number: B2027403 (100 mg)
6-deoxy-6-[(5/6)-fluoresceinylthioureido]-beta-cyclodextrin is a fluorescently labeled derivative of beta-cyclodextrin featuring a fluorescein fluorophore attached to the primary hydroxyl rim via a chemically stable thioureido linkage. This water-soluble macrocycle retains the host-guest complexation capabilities of cyclodextrins while enabling visualization of cellular uptake, membrane transport, and endosomal localization via fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. Supplied as a specialty reagent, it is intended strictly for laboratory R&D applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
