Catalog Number: B2025255 (100 kU)
Recombinant Dr. Nuclease, or recombinant deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I), is an enzyme produced using recombinant DNA technology. It cleaves DNA into smaller fragments by hydrolyzing phosphodiester bonds. This enzyme is produced by inserting the gene encoding DNase I into a host organism, allowing for large-scale production with high purity. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used as a molecular tool for various chemical and biochemical research applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
