Tris-Glycine Running Buffer 10X is a concentrated electrophoresis solution formulated for the separation of proteins in both native and denatured forms during SDS-PAGE. When diluted to a 1X working concentration, it provides a standard ionic environment consisting of 25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, and 0.1% SDS at a pH of approximately 8.3 to 8.6.
