STOP Solution for TMB Substrate (20 mL) is a ready-to-use acidic reagent designed to provide a fixed end point for colorimetric ELISA. It terminates the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzymatic reaction by lowering the pH, which converts the soluble blue TMB product into a soluble yellow product. This conversion increases absorbance values up to fourfold, allowing for stable and accurate quantification at a wavelength of 450 nm.
