This product consists of first-strand cDNA synthesized from total RNA isolated from normal mouse liver tissue using modified guanidine thiocyanate extraction methods. The synthesis is primed with an oligo dT primer and reverse transcribed using MMLV reverse transcriptase to ensure faithful representation of polyadenylated transcripts. Delivered ready-for-use in a stabilized 1x RT buffer, this cDNA is optimized for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, and next-generation sequencing. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
