Brilliant Green Agar Base, Modified is a selective culture medium for isolating and differentiating enteric Gram-negative bacteria, especially Salmonella. It contains brilliant green dye to inhibit Gram-positive bacteria, peptones for nutrients, agar for structure, sodium chloride for osmotic balance, and pH indicators for differentiation. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used as a molecular tool for various chemical and biochemical research applications.
