Reverse Transcription 10X Buffer is a reagent designed for use in reverse transcription reactions to facilitate the synthesis of complementary DNA (cDNA) from RNA templates. This buffer is compatible with AMV Reverse Transcriptase and Taq DNA Polymerase and ensures optimal enzymatic activity. Its formulation allows the resulting reaction mixture to be used directly in downstream PCR applications without the need for additional purification or buffer exchange.
