Phosphate Buffered Saline (1x PBS) pH 7.4 is a high quality ready-to-use 1x PBS containing 10 mM Na2HPO4, 1.8 mM KH2PO4, 2.7 mM KCl and 137 mM NaCl, pH 7.4. This buffer is Mg++, Ca++, DNase-, RNase- and Protease-Free. This product has been used as molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
