Catalog Number: B2018290 (50 µg)
Deoxyribonucleic Acid, Lambda, Hind III Fragments cuts double-stranded DNA to produce predictable DNA fragments and sticky ends. This restriction enzyme has a recognition site of 5’-AAGCTT-3’, and it cleaves at the sequence 5’-AGCTT-3’. It is used for sizing of linear double-stranded large DNA fragments in agarose gels. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
