Applications: 25-OH Vitamin D3 conjugated to Biotin via a 22 A spacer arm. The spacer adds flexibility to the 25-OH Vitamin D3 moiety which is required for its interaction with specific antibodies and other binding partners. This compound has been validated for use in many 25-OH Vitamin D applications including ELISA.
