Catalog Number: B2026614 (100 mL)
TMB Solution, or 3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine, is a chromogenic substrate used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). It develops a blue color when oxidized by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and can be stopped with sulfuric acid, changing the color to yellow for absorbance measurement. TMB is sensitive and stable when stored properly. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various chemical and biochemical research applications. Custom bulk amounts of this product are available upon request.
