PCR Nucleotide Mix (10 mM) contains the four deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) necessary for DNA synthesis, each at 10 mM concentration. The dNTPs are dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP, which are incorporated into the growing DNA strand by DNA polymerase during PCR amplification. This product has been used as a molecular tool for various biochemical applications. It has also been used in a wide array of other chemical and immunological applications.
