Microparticle Washing Buffer (100 mL) is an optimized versatile buffer for the conjugation of antibodies, proteins, peptides and small molecules to polystyrene (Latex) microparticles and nanoparticles. This buffer can be used to wash microparticles following activation with cross-linking groups such as N-Ethyl-N’-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDAC) and N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) andc conjugation to a target molecule. The pH, salt and detergent composition of this buffer are essential to counteract non-specific interactions. Custom bulk orders of this product are available upon request.
