Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody to 25-OH Vitamin D. This antibody has high affinity and recognizes equally 25-OH vitamin D3 and 25-OH vitamin D2. No detectable cross-reaction with either vitamin D3 or vitamin D2. This antibody can be immobilized on various surfaces (magnetic, polystyrene, etc.) via the Biotin/Streptavidin linkage. This antibody has been extensively validated in immuno-assays for the detection of total 25-OH vitamin D.
