The kit consists of the Beta-galactosidase Enzyme Donor (0.25 mg), Enzyme Acceptor (2.5 mg), Enzyme Donor Stabilization Buffer (15 mL), Enzyme Acceptor Stabilization Buffer (15 mL), Beta-galactosidase Chromogenic Substrate (25 mg) and Beta-galactosidase Chromogenic Substrate Buffer (15 mL).
